What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. Please contact sales@southdeltabikes.com to initiate a return.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post.
