  • Changes to items, quantities, or shipping information can only be made before the order is processed.

4. Cancellations

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the Returns & Exchanges Policy if you wish to return the item.

  • Orders with unresolved payment issues within 3 business days may be canceled automatically.
