Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping
1.1 Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
1.2 Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Carriers: We ship via Canada Post.

Delivery Estimates: Calculated from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed.
1.3 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some oversized items may incur additional handling fees; these will be communicated before shipment.
2. Returns & Exchanges
2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all the following conditions:

Returned within 30 days of delivery date.

In new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-returnable items:

Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
2.2 How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Support at sales@southdeltabikes.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return shipping label (where applicable).

Pack the item securely.

Ship the package to the address provided.
2.3 Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid label.

Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
2.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (including original and return shipping, if applicable) are non-refundable.
2.5 Exchanges

To exchange an item for the same model (e.g., color or size), follow the return process above and place a separate new order for the desired product.

Once we receive your return and process your refund, you can repurchase at your convenience.
2.6 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take additional processing time.

3. Damage & Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
